Located in the Blue Canyon Private Game Reserve, in the charming town of Hoedspruit, Limpopo Province, Little Africa Safari Lodge offers an ideal gateway to the Greater Kruger region. Highlights
Little Africa Safari Lodge offers eight en-suite luxury safari tents designed to provide comfort while maintaining an authentic bush experience. Seven of the tents feature private patios with tranquil riverbed views, offering guests the perfect place to relax and connect with nature. The lodge can now accommodate up to sixteen guests per night, with rooms configurable as either King-size or single beds to suit individual requirements.
Each tent is fitted with air conditioning to ensure comfort during the warm summer days and nights and includes complimentary bathroom amenities. All tents are wheelchair accessible, with Tent No. 1 featuring a fully wheelchair-friendly shower to ensure ease and comfort for all guests.
The newly added Tent No. 8 is a private luxury suite created for guests seeking a more exclusive stay (ideal for honeymoon). This suite offers its own outdoor shower, a private splash pool, an in-room coffee station, and a bar fridge, providing an indulgent and secluded safari experience unlike any other.
At Little Africa Safari Lodge, guests are invited to embark on two daily game drives—one at sunrise and another at sunset. These excursions offer the perfect opportunity to explore the diverse and vibrant wildlife that surrounds the lodge. Led by our highly qualified and knowledgeable guide, you’ll gain fascinating insights into the rich concentration of fauna and flora in the area.

For those with an adventurous spirit, we offer guided bush walks around the lodge, providing a more intimate and personalized encounter with the surrounding fauna and flora. Accompanied by our experienced guide, you’ll explore the bushveld on foot, gaining deeper insights into its beauty while staying safe from any potential dangers. This is an ideal way to connect with nature and experience the wilderness up close.
