Little Garonga is a luxury and private lodge boasting three individual thatched suites and ideally located on the private Makalali Private Nature Reserve, just west of the Kruger National Park.
An unassuming and intimate sanctuary offering guests the opportunity for a unique wildlife encounter and to relax in an serene safari landscape.
The lodge features three well-appointed thatched suites, each with expansive full en-suite bathrooms including an indoor and outdoor shower as well as a private deck with an inviting hammock to relish in the surrounding beauty. The camp is north-facing which allows sunlight to stream in, and its prime location affords magnificent views over the reserve.
Highlights
Hambleden Suite
This exclusive, luxurious and secluded villa can accommodate two adults and two children in two separate bedrooms. There is an indoor and outdoor lounge (covered), a huge bathroom consisting of a beautiful hand beaten copper bath tub, separate indoor shower and outdoor shower, two basins and a toilet. It has its own swimming pool with deck and hammock. The suite has its own mini-bar, and is fully air conditioned.
Chiltern and Buckingham Suite
A beautiful and spacious suite featuring a private deck with hammock overlooking the natural bush landscape. The suite boasts a mini bar, air-conditioning, a full en-suite bathroom with an indulgent bath, indoor and outdoor showers.
Little Garonga
The Little Garonga accommodation includes three fully en-suite, thatched and air-conditioned suites built under thatch.
The Hambleden Suite consists of the main bedroom for two adults, and a closed off room for two children with their own bathroom. The Chiltern and Buckingham Suites have a king size base made up as a twin or double bed.
All suites are situated around centralized indoor / outdoor lounge areas, a swimming pool and a built-in braai area. Each suite has it’s own platform deck complete with hammock.
